This product works very well. I added brewed green tea and cinnamon to make a warm pudding-type mixture. Doesn't taste bad and is great for fiber.

if you have any probelms with regularity this works, I put a tablespoon in my protein shake in the morning, and a tablespoon in my slimfast at night and drink plenty of water through the day, it better then taking laxatives all the time

This is quite hard to get down at first, but I've been gradually increasing the amount. I'm very happy with it - using it for general health & to aid weight loss.
