Just like real bananas, I blend this with my cottage cheese and set it in the fridge for a healthy protein pudding. Low calorie, great tasting natural product. I will re purchase in the future

But my 4yearold loves it. She put it in milk, or in youghurt and eat it. She use it alone or in combination with the dried strawberry powder. It does not desolve properly in cold milk, have not tried warm milk. But still she loves it, and she eat the undisolved lumps whit a spoon. I also put it in my babys porridge. He loves it :-)
