My husband and I are both plagued with dry sinuses that are prone to infection. By using this spray regularly we have almost completely eliminated sinus discomfort and avoided infections altogether.

Staying healthy with grapefruit seed extract is the answer - I always used the drops before , but this is user friendly and cost effective NO MORE SINUS
