Great for intestinal candida

Highly recommended for thrush and intestinal candida as the bacteria it contains have been studied and shown to be some of the most effective. As a bonus the L.rhamnosus cleared my stuffy nose! Of course you also need to eat a low sugar diet, take things to kills candida (raw garlic works if you can handle the smell etc) and boost your immune system to keep candida in check. Zinc helps the intestinal wall to repair afterwards and long term probiotics are a good idea. Nutricology are a very good brand.

This seems to be one of the more potent probiotics containing three essential strains...keeps me regular and helps with my digestion
