Expensive and uneffective

Purchased at iHerb

I used the whole bottle by taking 3 softgels daily but I didn't feel any benefits. In fact, I felt like I was forgetting things more easily than before. I can't recommend this product to anyone. For those who are looking for a better phosphatidylserine product, I recommend Source Naturals Phosphatidyl Serine Matrix. It's also cheaper ;)
