excellent product you don't feel any cramps, pain, etc. works in a natural way, unlike some products that make you run to the bathroom.

Had a colonoscopy and doctor told me that this product acts as a laxative and to stay off of it as the colon needs to work by itself without stimulus. But if you are chronically constipated; this is a very effective supplement to take.
