I love this product, I put it in my smoothie each morning with a slice of peanut butter on bread. Its a filler so enjoy!! would recommend! Yay!

Been using this product for years. It's one of my family's all time favorites for feeling immediate benefits. My children love it in smoothies and it helps them think clearly and be active and energetic through the school day. I can't say enough good stuff about this product. Try it and I'm sure you'll feel the difference!
