Like the combination of minerals, vitamins and protein in 1 serving. the taste isn't too bad either.

Can't live with out my Protein Greens!

Tastes great even in water, gets me thru the day when my blood sugar starts to drop. Great for travel. Also anti-aging herbs etc! LOVE it!!1
