I love this stuff. I use it everyday. It's helped immensely with my regularity. I had tried everything else; cleanses, fiber, probiotics, etc. and nothing was able to get me on the right track. Natural Calm is the only thing that has worked consistently and felt like a natural addition to my diet (rather than a laxative). Clearly, I had been Mag. deficient to some degree. Thanks so much!

Before I tried Natural Calm, I used only marine magnesium which I found more natural. But Natural Calm is so efficient that I achieve satisfying results by taking only one rounded teaspoon about 4 times a week. Also, I like that it is something to drink a opposed to capsules or tablets, making it easy to adjust the optimal dosage for each person.

Both my husband and I are taking it every night before we go to bed. My headache disappear. My husband also thinks that it help him. He can sleep much better at night.

I've had a hard time finding a form of magnesium that doesn't cause digestive problems. This is one of the two best for me.

Great source of magnesium. Nice flavor. Easy way to get magnesium without a lot of hassle. I have tried the flavored versions of this product, but I prefer the unflavored. Much like taking a fizzy seltzer water.
