I used this for cramps and it worked very well. I also use magnesium to help with constipation, which this definitely worked for, if a little too well. I did not notice too much difference as far as the calming effect, however.

i first wondered which flavor to buy ... (i got a lemon flavored trial pack) ... i read a review that "natural" is better because it doesn't "hiss" so much ...mmm ... the lemon flavor was okay but i bought "natural" ... it was nice to use but i needed to add a few stevia drops myself ... and it "hissed" too ... well, if it hisses anyway then i'll try a flavored one so i may not add any stevia everytime i use it ... and i got "raspberry/lemon" (i like berries) ... it "hissed" a LOT more than "natural" ..... and i didn't like the flavor so very much .... soooo ... i'm back to "natural" adding flavored stevia each time i use it :) i don't know if i'm 'calmer' than before ... it's nice the bowel movement becomes smoother :)

At this point Natural Calm is providing the results claimed and what we were hoping to find. It is very difficult to balance the correct daily amount.

I purchased this for my 11 year old daughter, and after mixing it up the first time, I tasted it and it was extremely tart. I have to add sweetener to it in order for her to drink it, but it is really helping her with sleep issues. Small trade off, in my book.

My wife had a serious (very serious case) or Restless Legs Syndrom. She takes Leg Ease by Hylands to relieve them but they have been reoccurring daily. The last few days after taking Natural Calm for the magnesium at bedtime and she has managed to get through the night wihout the the need for Leg ease 2 of the last 3 nights. I hope and pray that this trend will continue.
