Has a very distinct, bitter taste, so i only use very little mixed with other flours, to try to avoid the tast

Don't love the flavor

I don't particularly love the flavor of this product. I was looking for something maybe a little sweeter, but it's good when mixed with a few drops of stevia. I do love the amount of protein in it though! You don't typically find that much protein in other peanut flours.
