It has a very soothing cooling effect that is somewhat like mint (it might BE mint). It can be startling at first but then it's very nice. As for getting rid of athlete's foot/ringworm, it takes a while but it seems to help. You can get a lot out of the bottle, but it's still a pretty small bottle. You might want to get two to make sure it goes away for sure (you should keep applying it even when it's mostly gone).

Have never used a product like this before, but it is working, although not as quickly as I thought it would.

I tried using this by itself once a day and it did not get rid of the toenail fungus that I got from getting my nails done at a salon. I tried using it in the morning and tea tree oil at night and that worked well. It does leave a film that I was originally not worried about, but it is noticeable at yoga...
