I love this multi-vitamin, and I love that it was shipped to me quickly and I was given lots of perks for ordering multiple bottles. I love iherb, fantastic customer service, and LOVE these vitamins!

I have been taking these vitamins for months now, and I won't go a day without them. I can tell that I have more energy. Also, I have sensitive stomach and have never had a problem with these because they are food based. Excellent product for a reasonable price. Can't go wrong!

I like that I can take just one vitamin tablet a day. I was concerned that the tablet might be too big as other reviewers mentioned, but I had no problems swallowing it.
