slowly but steadily reduces fatigue and builds up energy and a sense of overall wellbeing. It might cause diarrhea at the beginning but will disappear after a week or two. One to two capsules daily are well tolerated by the body. You might not feel the full benefit until after two months. This is better taken with food. It is also tested and approved by Consumer Lab.

I've read an overwhelming number of articles promoting Resveratrol. I choose this particular brand because it is certified organic so I know there's no chemicals or unhealthy additives in it. I trust this product. I'm 61 and in perfect health. Is it because of this product? I'm not going to stop taking it in order to find out.
