A noticeable difference immediately! When I learned that puffy eyes and eyebags were the result of dry skin, I relented and decided to buy an eye cream, which I've never done before. What an improvement! My eye area not only looks healthy and much less puffy, the skin feels soft and smooth, too. A great value. I recommend it for fellow dry climate dwellers and those with sensitive skin.
