Ruth's has done it again. These Flaxpower bars are delicious, nutritious and satisfying. They are great snack bars without all the isolates and lousy ingredients that most other bars have. Look at the numbers: 170 calories, 18 carbs, 6g protein, 5g fiber and only 7g of sugar. Most bars are either too sweet or taste awful. Ruth's Flaxpower bars are a perfect balance of flavor and nutrition. Just wish that iHerb would keep more in stock. But I'm sure they will eventually solve this problem as more people discover this great snack/energy bar.
