These ARE awesome. Great for a RAW / VEGAN lifestyle choice in comparison to actual noodles & super healthy

I was pretty skeptical about these when I first heard of them, but they are wonderfully delicious. They work in salads or pasta-like dishes really well. I love packing them for lunch with different sauces. They will easily soften up if soaked in water with a little lemon for an hour. These are the best prices I've found. The kelp noodles absorb other flavors quite well. One pack serves 2 people.

These are a great alternative to rice noodles but with more nutrients and health benefits. soak them in lemon water to help soften them a bit.
GREAT AND FILLING

If you want to add something extra to a meal, and would like to increase fibre intake without adding wheat or regular noodles, this one is great, the noodles blend in really nicely, or you can add them to a salad and get a completely different experience.

They don't have any taste but you can make great thai soups with this.

It is wonderful product - there are a lot of things you can do with this noodle.
Use this instead of pasta or noodles

It does not have much taste of its own but it will get the taste of the sauce. Do not try to eat as is - only with a warm sauce. This product is very low carb so suitable for low carb diets and diabetics.

these kelp noodles are amazing. if you rinse them and use in salads they are crunchy in a nice way, but still soft as well, rather like a bean shoot, but in hot foods they go soft like rice or vermicelli noodles. i had them with a seafood curry last night and they were amazing.
