Seems to be working great for my husband. He is using this in combination with Coenzyme B6 50mg and Methyl B-12 5000mcg (to make up what would be a Metanx tablet, which he used to take twice daily). He uses them in combination such that they equal what it would be like to take the Metanx twice daily. We have been very happy with all 3 products, and his feet seem to be the same as they were when he was taking the Metanx. (We had to stop using the Metanx because his insurance began considering it a medicinal food, not longer a medication, and would no longer pay for it.) All 3 products are also priced very reasonably. All in all we are quite pleased.

I contacted the manufacturer regarding dosage. The recommended adult daily dose is one-half of that supplied in this particular product.

I love the fact that I can order this product (which is hard to find in my area) and have it at my door within a few days. Great products and great service!
