Might just be in my head, but I sure feel that this product is supplying something I'm missing. I am gradually losing pains and feeling generally improved health since adding this to my diet.

I've been having chocolate craving for many months but not wanting to eat it and restraint/willpower wasn't working to avoid it. I needed to eat a large block of milk chocolate once a week (bitter dark chocolate wouldn't satisfy the craving). I didn't want this craving as it isn't great for weight and also the probable negative nutrient factor so I was trying various strategies to eliminate this craving but really nothing was working and decided to allow myself enjoy a block of chocolate once a week. However I just received the first purchase of these colloidal minerals from iHerb. After 2 days I was really impressed and felt the thought and craving for chocolate diminished by 90%.
