This green tea extract works well for those who are looking for the powerful antioxidant properties of green tea. Great for your heart, skin, and for breaking down free radicals. If you are looking for a diet version of green tea you may want a stronger one. I find this one works very well for those days when I'm not drinking enough green tea. Be Sure to Click My Name.

Good price for GTE. As far as I can tell, these are fairly effective. I take two a day, with meals.
