Didn't do much for me...

Purchased at iHerb

I bought this to help me sleep, as per the Dr Hulda Clark recommendations, but it doesn't seem to have any effect at all, even though I've tried twice and the second time I took 4 grams - equivalent to 8 500mg capsules. I will try a bigger dose, but I don't think I'll be buying it again. As always though, iherbs's service was excellent and delivery super-fast.
