This product really helps with insomnia. I used to work shifts so my sleeping patterns were really messed up. Since taking these, I sleep really well through the night, and don't wake up feeling groggy, but rather refreshed. A great natural way to get a good night's rest! I have adrenal fatigue with high nighttime cortisol. This product helps increase my seretonin levels so I don't wake up hot and sweaty in the middle of the night. I started with the tablets, but they didn't work as well. These work great.
