Fine powder. Easy to use. Plain and simple..... no added ingredients. The only thing I would ask for is that they make a much larger size, which they don't.

I use the psyllium husk powder (2 parts) mixed with bentonite clay (1 part) and mix them together dry and then ad water, shake vigorously and drink first thing in the morning. This combination cleans out the toxins in the G.I. tract. Source Naturals is a good brand and I have not had problems with quality.

I have been using this for several years and find it to be very helpful. I mix it with fruit juice, particularly cranberry or pomegranate.
