I did not understand the effect. Maybe I need another dose. It seems to help with insomnia. Took the probe, it 10 tablets. Helped only the first time, the other 9 had no effect on the quality of sleep quickly. After receiving the toss and turn at least another hour, as a bud did not accept. But there is a plus for me - when you wake up in the morning, there is no feeling that half the night awake, you feel quite cheerfully))) // Я не поняла эффекта. Может мне дозировка другая нужна. Вроде должны помогать при бессоннице. Брала пробник, в нем 10 таблеток. Помог только первый раз, остальные 9 никак не отразились на качестве быстрого засыпания. После приема ворочаешься как минимум еще час, как будто ничего не принимал. Но плюс для меня есть - когда просыпаешься утром, нет ощущения что пол-ночи не спал, чувствуешь себя довольно бодро )))

glad to have gotten this little sample, usually I have seen double the doseage on this supplement.
