During my 7 days of taking this, I had red acne appeared on my face and scalp. Good thing there are only 7 capsules, otherwise, I might still have suffered more. To those who doesn't get acne form biotin, then this is a good product.

Too much biotin

Good but the dose is too high. Minutes after taking one capsule a rash appeared on my hand.
