this is the freshest ground cumin i've found. we constantly use cumin, because it cools the body, so even though it comes in a 1 lb bag, we're using it up. the only thing that would be better is to buy your own cumin (comino in Spanish) and grind the seeds. that'd be worth the time, but with my schedule, i can't do that right now.
