It mixes the protein powdered drinks well, and is easy to clean. I was surprised at how easy it is to clean, I thought cleaning the metal ball would be a nightmare, but everything rinses off very well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the numbers to show the amount of liquid you have in there are nearly impossible to see. I guess I'll have to mark it on the outside with a permanent marker.

This bottle is nice, can hold a lot of liquid ( 28oz or 820ml aprox) and has the blender ball which helps mixing everything, not only supplements. I even used it to make ommeletes haha. Close it really tight, or it will leak!

I prefer to make my protein shakes in the blender at home, but if I'm unable to, this is a good alternative!
