Tazo Rest tea has valerian root, which is a fabulous herb for reducing tension and aiding sleep. This tea has good flavor, too!

An absolute must in my tea pantry! Delicious blend, smells like rose water. A drop of stevia makes it a perfect dessert tea....the kind that makes you want to cuddle with a good book in front of the fireplace!
