I have been using shark cartilage for about 14 years to keep me flexible. If I run out of it, I get all stiff and achy. All I can say is, "It works for me!"

My dad has been taking Twinlab Advanced Shark Cartilage for 6 months and his mobility is noticably improved. Now he can climbs stairs with less pain on his knees. Thanks Twinlab and Iherbs
