As a postmenopausal woman, I've found that adding this choline has been helpful in halting muscle loss. It also seems to enhance digestive transit time.

Any twinlab products that I have used are easy to swallow with no stomach problems. Be sure to drink enough water with them, or take with food. This will sound nasty...but if I don't...I will burp them and expell 'powder' from my mouth or nostrils.(learned that lesson fast) What this tells me is that they ARE disolving and that my body will be able to use them properly. Other supplements will just pass right on through and never dissolve!!
