Imbalanced - not recommended

Contains 500mg Calcium and 200mg Magnesium per serving. This is an imbalanced ratio - most people have a relatively good intake of Calcium (from water, dairy products etc) while they lack Magnesium - this supplement makes that situation worse. I personally feel that it is a problem. It gives me a headache almost instantly. Additionally, the serving size is exaggeratedly large. What I find worst is that the ingredient quantities are NOT listed on the website. You see that only when you receive the product and can read the actual label with the quantities for each ingredient.
