Very complex formulation with some very good, quality ingredients and others that are on the cheaper side (like cyanocobalamin for B12). But for that price you get a comprehensive supplement to help with liver detoxification and cleansing the gut. Update after use: Not recommended at all!! This caused me massive gut distress and bloating as well as water retention. I felt like crap and stopped the detox after day 5 as this did not feel right. Today is day 4 after I stopped and my gut is still very inflammed and continues to retain water. Not sure which ingredient caused this but not recommended for people with a somewhat sensitive digestive system!

I heard about this product through a friend. I was feeling depressed and overall unhealthy. I figured I needed to start eating right again but couldn't find that jumpstart I needed. I started the cleanse on a Thursday, and by the seventh day I had lost a total of 15 lbs.!!!! But you have to follow the diet correctly. By the third day you don't even want to eat. I was happy with 1 cup of brown rice and steamed veggies for dinner. Just the shakes and water all day kept me going. It was amazing. And I feel great!!! Can't wait til June to do it again. But be warned.......it tastes disgusting. The detox (last 3 days) was the worst tasting thing I have ever tasted, but you have to ask yourself how bad you want it.......

Word to the wise... after you mix the second shake (days 5-7) drink it FAST! It will get thick and quite gross if left to sit for a minute.

read many reviews on this product and decided to order and give it a try as i was constantly feeling bloated in my tummy and i needed to cleanse my system due to my constant intake of alcohol and yummy food. first 2 days were tough but it got easier after that. loose bowel only in the first day. didn't enjoy the taste of the shakes though. felt good and strong throughout the 7 days. lost 4 kg in total. will definitely use this product again!
