Previously, I neglected bases for varnish - it was too lazy to apply an additional layer of coating, wait until it dried, plus some bases and varnishes of different manufacturers conflict, so I had to wash and repaint everything again.
However, my favorite jelly and especially juicy jelly varnishes on the "bare" nail are covered with bald spots, and unloved, but spectacular metallic stripes and emphasize the slightest defects of the nail.
Has got this base, having solved, that if will not approach - hundred rubles it is not a pity. But this base came up to me perfectly.
It is liquid enough, easily applied and distributed. The brush is thin and manoeuvrable. It is necessary to get accustomed to get not too much money on the brush, so that the layer turns out to be thin and uniform (but I'm a perfectionist). Quickly dries, literally in a minute completely, aligns the nail and tones in milky color. With varnishes, OPI and ANNY do not conflict. Bright lacquers with it can be applied in minus one layer, even the most capricious.
