Easy to prepare

For ease of preparation, this is very good as you can just mix it with some water and have a batter ready to cook with, and the taste is also quite pleasant. The only problem is that it breaks apart very easily when cooking and has quite a crumbly texture. I had to mix it half and half with regular flour before my children would eat it.
Great for banana pancakes
