Great Way to add Soy to your diet

I put a 1/3 of a cup into a coffee grinder and turn it into a powder. Then I add it to oat meal or smoothies. Supplies 14 grams of protein and tastes great.

Reordering these soy beans. I am restricted from sodium and these satisfying my need for a crunching snack.
To be honest,I prefer the salted one.

Another soy additive for my diet and I just love the fact that they are dry roasted, unsalted and taste GREAT!

Love these for a snack - low in carbs and no salt. Good to add to salads as well.

This is my first time buying soy nuts, but the quality seems to be as good as they claim. They are rather bland, but that should be expected without anything else added. I plan to reorder them, and if you're looking for a healthy snack these are great.
