St. Dalfour spreads have all natural ingredients and NO refined sugars! I love the thickness of these spreads and that there is whole fruit pieces in each flavor. Try all of their wonderful flavors to find out what your favorites are!

Pear jam is a nice alternative to the more popular fruit jams. It goes well with goat cheese to make a tasty appetizer spread. It's also good on toast or as a topping for ice cream and ginger cake. AND it's sugar content is about half that of other jams.

Use this for the Southern Living Pear Spice Cake, and it is delicious. Pear preserves, jam, spread can be a bit difficult to find in stores.

This is my husband's favorite breakfast spread for toast and biscuits. He would eat it right out of the jar by itself if I didn't object!
