What's in the Ryvita name?

Having tried the Multi-Grain, the sesame rye looked good so I ordered a box of that. They are yummy.

Good low-calorie snack

Assuming you aren't gluten-sensitive, these are a great way to snack- lots of fiber and few calories in a cracker. They have a little salt and no strong flavor otherwise.
