Salt is added to the sea vegetables in order to keep them fresh. Wash out the salt and soak in water for a few minutes. Rinse and drain.
Seaweed papulosa (blue, red), agar-agar, seaweed stems, seaweed fusiforme (hiziki), seastring (verrucosa), gufuweed, kelp, montage, salt
Refrigerate after opening.

It's real seaweed. Just few minutes in water is all it needs. I didn't find them too salty at all. You just need to make sure you rinse them well.
Soak a while in cool water, rinse the salt out and add to miso soup. These sea vegetables have a far superior flavor to the dried. Wonderful way zip up miso soup with a little napa cabbage, tofu cubes, shredded carrot and daikon, a few shitake mushrooms, some soba noodles, and whatever else appeals to you. Turns a light broth into a wonderful meal.

Mixes well with pasta sauce, kelp noodles and ground beef. It is salty, so you do need to rinse well

I can't bring myself to try these as they don't look appealing. I thought I was getting something similar to kelp noodles and had to get an alternative since they were out of stock. So haven't yet tried.
