There's nothing plain about this vanilla. Pure. Organic. Exotic. Anyone who calls our vanilla "plain" just doesn't know beans. This extra-rich and creamy vanilla is perfect for baking and bears social benefits that make it all the more sweet.
Organic vanilla bean extractives in water, organic alcohol.
Vanilla extract, a gluten free food.
I've tried many different vanilla extracts, and have even made my own by steeping vanilla beans in Polish potato based vodka, but this one is the best! No weird things added to it, like most extracts today, even the supposed natural ones, and the taste is richer. I find that a little goes furthur, so it ends up being more economical too.
As this products advertizes being pure and organic, I wouldn't think it had alcohol in it - but unfortunately it does, so your cooking won't taste as good as when using the non-alcoholic one. Shame, because Simply organic is a great brand for spices and seeds!

Love the simply organic Madagascar Pure Vanilla and have never found a nicer essence as this. Unfortunately I ordered the one with the alcohol which I don't like so used honey to sweeten my cacao drinks. I don't touch alcohol usually but could not waste this lovely product.

Always use it for my baking and I find it cheaper and more convenient to order on iherb as products like these are harder and costs more here in HK.
