Source Naturals Green Coffee Extract is a source of powerful antioxidant that helps protect against oxidative stress caused by free radicals - thought to be a factor in aging. Derived from raw, unroasted coffee beans and low in caffeine, green coffee extract has been shown in research to support normal cellular regeneration and growth. Chlorogenic and caffeic acid, two primary compounds responsible for the activity of green coffee, are present in Source Naturals Green Coffee Extract.
1-2 tablets 1 to 2 times daily. Each tablet provides the amount of chlorogenic acids found in an average cup of coffee.
Dibasic calcium phosphate, sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.

iHerb Customer Reviews
Last September (2007) a gallstone showed up on my ultrasound. I changed my diet to lose weight and combat borderline diabetes - started eating a lot more fat, coconut oil especially. I got horrendous headaches and couldn't figure out why. Someone pointed out that chlorgenic acid in green coffee will "kick your liver and gallbladder into gear" to deal with fats. They were right! This is a wonderful thing if you're coming off low-fat or vegetarian/vegan diet.
I first heard dr oz say this helps lower blood pressure, then another episode he said weight loss, my husband has lost 12 pounds and hasnt been dieting or exercising! Seems to be snacking less at night
