Stove top Cooking Instructions:
Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 liters) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium high on range for 16-17 minutes ♦ or until desired tenderness is reached. Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favorite pasta recipes, in hot soup, i salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking.

Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently
Switch off stove. Cover pot for about 20 minutes.

I usually buy brown rice pasta w/o rice bran - this cooks quicker and is more like regular wheat spaghetti. Not as much taste as brown rice pasta, but good.

I prefer their spinach style pasta instead--it has a better taste.

This is as much like "real" pasta as you will find in a gluten-free product. This is the only kind we ever use.
It gets hard after refrigeration

If you eat the whole bag after cooking that's good, but I put in the fridge leftover and the next day it was hard as rock.

This stuff is da bomb. Best gluten-free pasta texture ever and no dodgy ingredients. Great taste. Easy to cook. Have bought this soooo many times. Highly recommended! They need more shapes though (macaroni, penne etc).
