Within a year, most of my health problems were gone. I have since studied more about natural medicine and tried hundreds of health products. My favorite book is "Healing With Whole Foods" by Paul Pitchford. I have found that a simple, whole-foods based diet, along with some key supplements, exercise, and stress reduction is a great recipe for health. May others find the key to good health, too!
