Brew Delight. Brewing the perfect cup begins with brewing the perfect tea. You're off to a good start. Fill kettle with fresh cold water and heat to a boil. Allow to cool for one minute. Pour in water and infuse three to four minutes. Remove tea. Indulge, relax, enjoy. For iced tea, double the amount of tea used. After steeping, refrigerate tea until cold and serve over ice.
