I tried DLPA after reading Mood Cure by Julia Ross. I identified strongly with low Cats and Endorphins, and while the tyrosine made me feel a bit buzzed and then apathetic, the DLPA brought some colour back into my life. My heart doesn't hurt all the time anymore, I'm able to be exposed to negative stimuli (eg. violent news story, sad scenes in movies and books) without coming away from it feeling incredibly depressed and needing to rest. I'm even less fearful of physical pain! My horrible period cramps, while still horrible, are far less so. I come away from knocks and accidents laughing rather than shaken. It's changed my life for the better.
I've never been disappointed by a Thorne product. I'm working through a host of gut problems and chronic fatigue, so vitamin C is an essential part of my regime. Without it, I am sluggish, tired, and toxic. This is hands down the best one I've tried.
High potency Iron in a non constipating form, and great value for money too. Normally I take Thorne's Iron but funds were running a bit low so I ordered Bluebonnet's instead. Works to the same effectiveness which is awesome, as I suffer from very heavy periods and gut problems, so I have trouble absorbing Iron and lose it at a faster rate than normal. I would be a fatigued, unproductive mess without it. Only thing that makes Thorne's better is no magnesium stearate and smaller capsules.

My partner and I had great results from the pure fulvic. This fulvic/humic blend gave us diarrhea pretty instantly after consuming. We both have compromised gut health and humic molecules are larger than just fulvic, meaning they actually need to be absorbed in the gut vs fulvic being soaked up quickly by the body. Otherwise, a friend with no digestive problems who we gave it to had excellent results, on par with ours with the plain fulvic. So it's a great product, just not for those with any absorption or digestive troubles.

Gave me heaps of energy, some of the best sleep of my life and reduced my out of control appetite. Ordered the Fulvic/Humic from Morningstar Minerals as well but it gave my partner and I some intestinal grumbles. This one worked better for us.
I take one of these at night with a Calcium-Magnesium Citramate from Thorne for a much better quality sleep. Really happy with it.

I took this every two or three days as the amounts were too high and stimulating for me. That is a real frustration I have with most B complexes - they are too powerful. for sensitive me. However it did work well in enhancing my general health. I only take one star off because the pills turned a strange colour and started clumping together - perhaps they were going off? I still took them and didn't notice any adverse effects. But I was barely halfway through the bottle when it started to happen, and always stored it in the coldest darkest corner of my cupboard. Not sure what it means.

I used this along with CoQ10 following a recommendation. Apparently they work in tandem, or enhance each others absorption, I can't remember, unfortunately. I noticed a subtle effect with the CoQ10 (also Life Extension brand) but as soon as I added PQQ I was getting out of bed within a minute of my alarm going off and able to exercise despite being in the throes of some terrible fatigue (found out it was iron deficiency).

The best eyeliner I've used to date, easy to apply, has a rich black colour and doesn't smudge as much as the other ones I've tried.
Inositol has worked wonders for my OCD and Anxiety in the past. I bought this last year when I was in a bad patch of Pure-O. It quietened the mental chatter literally within a day, although gave me the runs instantly whenever I would take it. It was frustrating that it worked so well with such an inconvenient side effect and I ended up ceasing its use. Fast forward 10 months during which I had been treating an overgrowth of a sugar loving bacteria, Streptococcus, in my gut through antibiotics, supplements and diet. Found my inositol at the back of the cupboard, gave it a whirl and...no diarrhea! Awesome, that makes sense since inositol is a sugar alcohol. Although 95% of the anxiety and OCD went away with the strep, it still works for that last 5% and some extra zen. Really good product.
