Helps your nails, hair and skin. If you're obsessed with sweets it can mean you have Mg deficiency, so it will help to normalize your diet. It's necessary to take Copper, when taking Zn, because you can also develop deficiency of Copper. Also this one has not so big vitamin's content, but it's still 100% or more of daily value. I didn't noticed any bad reactions, so I'm happy with it.
treats even very dry skin, but it's not a moisturizer, so you have to use it on top. helps with scars, especially hypertrophic. Doesn't have any strong fragrance and doesn't feel sticky on the face. Love it. This is my third order.
You can develop Copper deficinecy, when taking Zn. So I ordered this one, because it has the lowest Copper contain I was able to find (2 mg); but this is still 100% of daily value. I didn't noticed any bad reactions, so I'm happy with it.

I have bought this for two times and then switched to Hydraplenish 65% hyaluronic acid with vitamin C just because I wanted to combine these two. it smells as it has to smell, dries fast, doesn't leave any residue, you can apply makeup after using it, leaves skin hydrated. You can mix it with face oils and use thermal water during the day to refresh the feeling of hydration. I have tried another serum with low-weight hyaluronic acid and it left a sticky feeling after applying, never bought that again. I have recently bought my third bottle of Hydraplenish 65% and don't plan to switch to any other. Worth the money.
