I bought this for getting rid of fine lines around my eyes and am seeing slow but definite improvement. It's also great as a cleanser, makeup remover, 'serum' and hair treatment, so definitely worth your money.
What more do you want? I wear it under drying liquid lipsticks and it keeps my lips from getting chapped and uncomfortable.
I have dry, acne-prone skin and this cleanser, alongside other desert essence products, has been helping with the latter. It leaves my skin feeling great, if a little tight. If I didn't moisturize religiously after cleansing, I don't doubt that it would leave me feeling uncomfortably dry. Even though it's probably a tad too harsh for my skin, I like it and will buy more if I don't find a better cleanser in the meantime.
I have dry skin and slather on moisturiser morning and night. This stuff doesn't mess with my makeup at all and keeps my face from drying out and getting all scaly throughout the day. There's nothing special about it though, I bet there are other products that would leave my skin feeling more hydrated and for longer, but until I find them I'm happy to keep using this.
It's smell reminds me of play-doh, weirdly enough. There's something very sunscreen-y about this, even though it's only SPF15, it's not as hydrating as Desert Essence's other daily moisturiser. It's not horrible, don't get me wrong, and it doesn't interfere with my makeup, make me breakout or anything negative, there's just nothing about it that makes me think 'yes, I've found the moisturiser for me'. I won't be repurchasing this one.
The little sponge applicator is frustrating, it doesn't apply the colour evenly and I find myself trying to go over the same line multiple times to no effect. The colour payoff isn't great either, and smudges easily. Could be good if you want just a hint of brown edging to your eyes, but don't expect super straight, bold lines.
