This magnesium product would be a dream come true if it didn't contain loads of agave syrup. Well, I've consider it as a "compulsory dessert" every evening since it's gently effective and doesn't cause any nausea etc. But nevertheless I think next I'll try Life Extension's magnesium citrate even though I would buy this liquid magnesium in the future again because of its definitively good effect!

I haven't used any vitamin C powder before, so this was my first try. When choosing a suitable powder I noticed that actually there's no specific data about what's exactly in this powder. "Derived from natural sources" felt so vague that I contacted the Nature's Plus company and asked them for more info. Nobody replied to me! What kind of a customer service is that? Well, I ordered the jar anyway to give it a try and the powder seems to do what vitamin C does. But it doesn't go into my head that if the powder is derived from natural sources why is it then bright white? Doesn't look so "natural" to me. It dissolves fine into water and the taste is pleasant, more or less like a mild citrus fruit but not bitter. I might order this again because reading the comments about pure ascorbin acid powders the good taste of this product overcomes the lack of a valid product information.
I ordered it to my mother and now I hope that she's taking it with the MegaFood B-complex and Life Extension magnesium. The pills are looking "delicious" and the scent is natural and nice.
The pills are quite large oval-sized but go rather easily down the throat. The scent is somewhat "fresh" and gives the impression of a natural quality product. If I understood it right they've extracted almost all the vitamin B's from yeast to this product, so maybe this won't be such a good choice for the people suffering from a fungal condition? Anyway a pleasant and smoothly working B-complex that I can recommend and also managed to tempt my mother -who is a bit against taking any pills whatsoever- to take it regularly for better sleep.
It simply is worth its prize by doing simply good to the taker. Pills look reliable and effective. I've managed to feed my husband also Carlson's Lab vitamin D softgels 4000iu by peeling to the fact that we live here in the cold dark North.
After a month of taking this every day I've noticed that I don't feel so much pain in my body, instead now it feels rather loaded with force. Who knows if this improvement can strictly be linked to the vitamin D but I suggest strongly to try this specific product since it's D3 is made mostly of fish oil and not just chemically constructed unnatural basis.
The book is full of good points but of course doesn't go so deep into matters than rather just inspires to find out more yourself. Highly recommendable for everybody and especially Finnish people since we're all so hopelessly stressed here!
