I only gave a rating of 4 as I don't know how it compares with others. I feel it is beneficial, it has a calming effect and considering it binds oils with water it may be very beneficial for digestion and fatty liver. I use it various ways: straight on a teaspoon, making lipossomal vitamin C, raw coconut chocolate... I bought the liquid one to try, it does taste like melted tyres:)
A good product, reasonably priced. I wish they used more natural binding ingredients but it still works. I blend 2 or 3 tablets in my green drink or smoothie, hoping that braking them up may make them more absorbable. Taking 2 tablets before bed helps cool hot feet and discomfort due to hormonal unballances.
Seems to work well, It may be the best sunscreen, I"ll buy it again, but not sure why they call it''a miracle'' Only giving it a rating of 4 because they call it a miracle. I'd like them to stick with explaining benefits rather than use words that make no sense. Unless someone got over skin cancer using it or something like that
Not sure yet as I only used it twice, but it is organic, has to be good.
Works very well for me, I get to sleep at night and wake up feeling good.Any stimulants after 3pm( caffeine, hot spices, salt, tamary) seem to nullify it's effect though. And you need to give yourself 7 to 8 hours sleep, best results I have when I go to bed no later than 8:30 pm. I'll wake up early, 3 or 4am, but I feel good and fresh and can do my meditation and my sporting activity. I just don't like to have to depend on any product, I wish I could just fall asleep naturally. I have terrible RLS and 5-HTP gives me adeeper sleep.
Good tooth paste, my favorite,
Tastes ok, nothing flash, but PBA free, organic and relatively cheap. What more can I ask? I eat fresh food, but I keep these in my emergency cupboard ( and backpack...)
Haven'started using it yet. Should be better than vit. C Only 4 rating as I have yet to use it
I don't notice any benefits, maybe some but I like to feel results when I take supplements
