I ordered on 09 of January paying the most expensive service DHL to receive it by 13th of January. The products were sent as Health and Beauty package and it was out for delivery on the 19th of January, I was no longer in the country to have it! I spoke with BArbara Lee from customer services about ti and everything was meant to be sorted for me! ONLY TO FIND OUT ON 14TH OF FEBRUARY THEY ABANDONED THE PRODUCTS SAYING A IDNT WANT TO PAY TAXES IN WHICH IS A BIG LIE!
