I've been taking these every morning for a week. It says take 3 2x a day, but that is too many for me to manage. I take 3 with my banana smoothie. They smell and taste quite bad but it's gone as soon as you swallow. If you are going to put it in your smoothie, crush it first or it will be chalky, and dilute it so the taste isn't off. Hope these are good for me! UPDATE: There is a high contamination rate of spirulina with toxic blue-green algae in America because it is not collected or inspected properly so it is best to buy chlorella or hemp instead, if you're looking for a concentrated source of amino acids and minerals.

This works well with tacos, pasta, soup, almost anything where you need a little protein. Very easy to rehydrate and takes seasoning very well. Just know that the texture will be soft and if you want to make a burger you'll probably need a binding agent.
Very healthy and yummy beans! I sprout these for a few days before using them in stews, rice dishes, burgers, etc :)
For those who can't do gluten, there's tamari. For those who don't do gluten or soy, there's coconut aminos. Very subtle taste, i didn't get coconut or soy sauce out of this. low sodium, low gly..i like it. i mix it with ginger and orange juice or whatever spicy sauce i am using. if you want to taste soy sauce, this probably isn't for you.

I find this toothbrush comfortable. The head isn't too big and is soft. It's easy to switch the head; I just pushed it out with a pen tip and popped the new one in.
In the past I had high blood pressure concerns from excess salt intake issues...I got it under control quickly going vegetarian, vegan, and then mostly whole plant based foods. I don't feel bad eating sea salt or pink himalayan rock salt. And I don't like salty food. But I wanted to try this because the other two don't have iodine, an essential mineral, and I don't eat animal products (which contain it). I like this! I use a few sprinkles as I would salt. It doesn't taste exactly like salt but it is pleasant. I've tried it with a lot of Asian dishes. Gonna keep going!
Great taste, no residue, safe, foams well with water, makes my mouth feel clean and fresh, my teeth look good. Will buy again.
I just bought another bag of these because it is so great. Crepes, pancakes, muffins, coating, binding, etc…healthy and tasty besan flour :)

If you mix this with coconut oil you smell like a Mounds bar! It is solid at room temp and hard to get out of the jar unless you heat the whole thing. Good quality and nice for making lip balm.
I thought these were nice, but my father says they smelled fishy and would not try one. I find that odd because he frequently eats sushi and I do not eat fish (vegan). Anyways the texture was good and they kept rice well. You could toast them beforehand, but I did not.
